Buddy Baseball INC (“Sponsor”), a Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, is sponsoring a single-prize chance drawing (“Raffle") to be conducted at The Buddy Run 5k (“event”) during a time period for online and in-person entrees beginning the Thursday, 8th of October of 2026, and ending at the conclusion of the 5K race (the “Entry Period”). Buddy Baseball Inc (“Buddy Baseball”) event dates and times and opening times are determined at the discretion of Buddy Baseball, as applicable, and are subject to change.
Ticket prices:

· 10 tickets for $20
· 40 tickets for $40
· 200 tickets for $100
· 500 tickets for $250
· 3 tickets for every $1, for all “custom amounts” greater than $250
Multi-ticket discounts are only available for purchases made at the same time.
The ticket pricing is subject to change based on special promotions or deals for individual events.

2. ELIGIBILITY.
Participants must be (i) eighteen (18) years of age or older, (ii) legal U.S. residents, and (iii) physically located in Florida at time of purchase or ticket request. Participants do not need to be present at the drawings to win any prize. Sponsor has the right to request photo identification from any person desiring to enter the Raffle. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, are not eligible to enter. Raffle is only offered in the State of Florida (the “Raffle Area”). Void outside the Raffle Area and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
3. TO PURCHASE:
NO CONTRIBUTION OR PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. An eligible entrant may participate in the Raffle by either (1) purchasing an official Raffle ticket (a “Ticket”) in person from an authorized representative of the Sponsor or (2) purchasing a Ticket online through the designated Raffle website, https://chaffle.org/donation/raffle/5df1df40-dc07-4005-a6d1-00bf57119cf3, or 3) requesting a free ticket here. Each Ticket will be assigned a unique identifying ID (the “Ticket ID”), which will be used in selecting the Raffle winner. Tickets may be purchased only during an active, applicable Entry Period and cannot be purchased in advance for any future Raffle.
Use of a mobile phone or other electronic device to enter the Raffle may result in standard data, messaging, or wireless service charges imposed by the entrant’s service provider. Wireless connectivity and service may not be available in every location. The Sponsor may periodically authorize additional locations where Tickets may be purchased.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Raffle Ticket purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged after purchase, except as otherwise required by applicable law. By purchasing a Raffle Ticket, each entrant acknowledges and agrees to these Official Rules and the terms applicable to the Raffle.
4. PRIZES.
Grand Prize. For each Raffle, one (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) equal to fifty percent (50%) of the net proceeds (gross proceeds less direct hardware and software licensing costs) generated from the cumulative sale of Raffle tickets during the Raffle period will be awarded.
Sponsor is required by law to withhold and remit to the Internal Revenue Service on the Winner’s behalf an amount equal to: (a) twenty-four percent (24%) of the Grand Prize (such amount being referred to herein as the “Withholding Amount”) if the Grand Prize less the amount of the Ticket is greater than Four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars ($4,999) and if the Winner is a citizen or resident alien of the United States with a Social Security Number, and otherwise meet the requirements of Eligibility.
5. WINNER SELECTION:
The recipient of the Raffle’s Grand Prize (the “Winner”) will be determined through a random, certified drawing conducted from all eligible entries submitted during the applicable Entry Period.
The winning Ticket Number will be posted on the Raffle website at https://chaffle.org/donation/raffle/5df1df40-dc07-4005-a6d1-00bf57119cf3 and communicated to the Winner by email. A Winner is not required to be present at the drawing in order to be selected or to claim the applicable prize.
6. CHANCES OF WINNING. The total number of raffle tickets that are sold will determine the chances of winning.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION/RELEASES.
The winning Ticket Number for each Grand Prize drawing will be posted on the Raffle website at https://chaffle.org/donation/raffle/5df1df40-dc07-4005-a6d1-00bf57119cf3 no later than one (1) business day following the applicable drawing.
A potential Winner must contact a representative of Buddy Baseball Inc. by emailing russ@buddybaseball.org to begin the prize-claim process. The official Buddy Baseball, Inc. 50/50 Raffle Ticket constitutes the sole valid receipt and acceptable proof of entitlement to a prize.
To receive a prize, the potential Winner must submit the required documentation through a nationally recognized courier service, including a completed and signed Winner Affidavit of Eligibility, IRS Form W-9, and, where applicable, a Waiver and Release of Liability form. Failure to provide the required documentation as specified will result in forfeiture of the prize, which will then be donated to Buddy Baseball, Inc.
Unless prohibited by applicable law, acceptance of a prize grants the Sponsor and its designated affiliates permission to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements, and city and state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes throughout the world, in any media currently existing or developed in the future, without additional compensation.
The Winner will have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the applicable drawing to present the winning Ticket and complete the prize-claim process. Any prize not claimed within this thirty (30)-day period will be deemed forfeited by the holder of the winning Ticket and retained by Buddy Baseball, Inc.
Following receipt and completion of all documentation required by law and the Sponsor, the applicable Grand Prize will be issued within forty-five (45) days. Payment will be made by check payable to the verified winner and mailed to the address provided by the winner.
If a selected winner is determined to be ineligible for any reason, the applicable prize may be forfeited, may not be awarded to that individual, and may be retained by Buddy Baseball, Inc.
8. PRIZE WINNER RELEASE AND JURISDICTION: This Raffle shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida applicable to raffles conducted within Florida. Except where prohibited by law, each winner, by accepting a prize, agrees to release the Sponsor and designated affiliates from any and all liability arising from actions, claims, or proceedings relating to damages or injuries sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of any prize, or while traveling to, preparing for, or participating in the Raffle or any prize-related activity. In the event any such claims are allowed, any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Raffle but in no event attorneys' and/or experts’ fees; and winners hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages (including attorneys’ fees), other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Each winner acknowledges that neither any other party nor agent or attorney representing any other party has made any promise, representation, or warranty, expressed or implied, concerning the subject matter hereof that is not expressly contained herein for the purpose of inducing the winner to execute any document. Each winner further acknowledges that they have not executed any document in reliance upon any such promise, representation, or warranty not contained herein. Any waiver by the Sponsor and its affiliates of any provision of any document in a particular instance shall not constitute a waiver of that provision in any future instance. Each winner agrees that the invalidity or unenforceability of any portion of any document shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining portions of that document. By entering into this Raffle, each entrant consents to the laws of the State of Florida as the governing law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
9. ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION: Notwithstanding the foregoing, by purchasing a Raffle ticket and providing personal contact information, each such purchaser opts-in and consents to receive marketing materials, telephone solicitations and emails from the Sponsor and designated affiliates. All future email communications will provide recipients with an opportunity to opt-out of future email communications. To have your name removed from telephone and other non-email marketing lists, submit a written request to Buddy Baseball, INC. P.O. Box 290361 Temple Terrace, FL 33687-0361 Attn: Mailing List Removal and your name will be removed within 90 days of the request.
10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor and designated affiliates assume no responsibility or liability for: (a) inaccurate, incomplete, or erroneous entry information, or any failure, interruption, or defect in the transmission of electronic data; (b) any unauthorized access to, theft of, destruction of, or alteration to any Ticket at any stage of the Raffle; (c) any technical malfunction, system failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, or communications failure, regardless of its cause, involving any equipment, system, network, transmission line, satellite, server, computer, or service provider used in connection with the Raffle; or (d) any inability to access or unavailability of the Internet, or any combination of the foregoing.
By participating in the Raffle, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and designated affiliates from any and all claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any nature, including death or bodily injury, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Raffle or any Raffle-related activity, or from the entrant’s acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Entrants further acknowledge that the Sponsor has made no express or implied warranty, representation, or guarantee, whether arising in fact or by operation of law, concerning any prize, including, without limitation, any warranty regarding the prize’s quality, condition, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Notwithstanding any other provision of these Official Rules, Buddy Baseball, Inc. and Chaffle LLC, together with their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers, shall have no responsibility or liability for any Raffle Ticket that is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, mutilated, illegible, or otherwise rendered invalid or unusable for any reason.
The Grand Prize awarded through the Raffle shall equal fifty percent (50%) of the net proceeds generated from the sale of Raffle Tickets during the applicable Raffle Period. For purposes of calculating the Grand Prize, “net proceeds” means the gross proceeds from Ticket sales less direct hardware and software licensing costs.

13. TAXES. All winners are subject to Florida
and IRS rules and regulations regarding gambling winnings. Winners of prizes over $600 will receive a W-2G form the Buddy Baseball, Inc. Sponsor will not distribute monetary prizes to any winner without having received such winner’s signed IRS Form W-9, winner affidavit of eligibility, and, where applicable, a Waiver and Release of Liability form. Any winner of a prize greater than $5,000 will have federal income tax withheld from their winnings in accordance with IRS guidelines and regulations while also receiving form W-2G.
14. GENERAL RELEASE. Unless expressly provided otherwise in these Official Rules, the winner is solely responsible for all expenses, fees, taxes, and other costs associated with receiving, claiming, possessing, or using the prize.
The Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, disqualify any person who interferes with or attempts to interfere with the entry process or proper administration of the Raffle; violates any provision of these Official Rules; or engages in conduct that is disruptive, unsportsmanlike, abusive, threatening, harassing, or intended to annoy another person.
Any effort to intentionally compromise, disrupt, manipulate, or otherwise interfere with the legitimate operation of the Raffle may constitute a violation of civil or criminal law. If such conduct occurs or is attempted, the Sponsor reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law, including the right to pursue damages and other relief against the responsible party to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By entering the Raffle, each entrant acknowledges that participation constitutes acceptance of and agreement to comply with these Official Rules.
The Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify the Raffle, in whole or in part, if circumstances prevent the Raffle from being conducted as intended. Such circumstances may include, without limitation, computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized interference, fraud, technical or system failures, or any other circumstance beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control. If the Sponsor takes any such action, it may determine the Winner from among all eligible entries received prior to the time the applicable action is taken.
If a dispute arises concerning the identity of the holder of a winning Ticket, the entry will be attributed to the individual in possession of the winning Ticket. However, if the winning Ticket has been properly signed, assigned, or otherwise endorsed to another individual, that individual will be deemed the winner of the applicable prize.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Sponsor nor any designated affiliate shall be responsible or liable for any claim, loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from or related to participation in the Raffle or the awarding, receipt, redemption, possession, or use or misuse of any prize. Each entrant assumes responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that the entrant causes or claims resulted from participation in the Raffle or from the redemption, possession, use, or misuse of a prize.
In the event of any dispute concerning the interpretation, administration, or application of these Official Rules, the Sponsor’s determination shall be final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
